1. About the Academy of Noise

2. Accounts
Certain parts of the website, including Beat Studio membership content and courses, may require you to create an account.

4. Memberships

Recurring Billing

5. Cancelling a Membership
Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
Cancelling your membership prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership through the end of your current paid billing period.
Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Memberships should be cancelled using the cancellation method provided through your account or by contacting us for assistance.
6. Courses and Digital Products
Certain courses, lesson plans, educational packs, tabs, PDFs, videos, downloads, and other digital products may be available for individual purchase without a membership.
A purchase gives you a limited right to access and use the purchased material according to these Terms.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the content or its intellectual property rights to you.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specifically stated at the time of purchase:
Individual courses, downloadable materials, digital lesson plans, educational packs, and other digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically create a refund for previous membership charges or for the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing something you purchased, please contact us so we can review the situation.
8. Educational and Classroom Use
Some Academy of Noise materials are specifically designed for teachers, schools, and educational environments.
If a product or membership includes classroom-use rights, an authorized teacher or educator may display and use those materials with their own students as part of instruction.
Unless specifically permitted, purchasing or accessing Academy of Noise materials does not give you permission to:
Distribute copies of the materials to other educators
Share your account with other teachers or organizations
Upload materials to another website or learning platform
Resell or sublicense Academy of Noise materials
